Codicil Form - Changing your Will

Steele Rose recommend that it is better to avoid confusion and have your Will rewritten than risk the failure of a legacy by preparing a codicil to an existing Will, especially if a codicil already exists.

If you do decide to write a codicil it is important that it is correctly completed, witnessed and checked and stored with but not attached to your Will.

Please do not write on or amend your Will after it has been signed and witnessed as this could invalidate it.
