Are you prepared to risk a life-times work if you do not meet and discuss your requirements with a Legal Adviser who will visit you in the comfort and privacy of your own home and then return your Will to you in person for explanation and attestation, to avoid the large number of pitfalls you may not know about?

If clients deal with Will Writers remotely rather than face to face, it is impossible to establish whether they are acting under coercion and have the appropriate testamentary capacity. It is also very difficult to confirm their identity.
