Pre-visit Details

For your Consultant to give you the best advice you may wish to prepare some brief information before their visit.

What are you trying to achieve in your Will?
   Nominate guardians to look after your children.  Reduce or eliminate your Inheritance Tax liability.  Protect your family home from Care Home fees in the future.  Nominate beneficiaries of specific gifts.  Any of the reasons listed on the webpage.

Before your Consultant visits try to establish a very approximate value of your assets.

Consider how you would like your estate divided.

Consider who you wish to benefit and is there anyone you would like to exclude.

Who do you trust to distribute your estate when you die and who would you like to look after your children if both parents passed away.

Obtain full names and addresses of anyone you might mention in the Will including guardians and executors.

Your visiting Consultant may asked you to provide photo identification.
