Will Alterations
As your circumstances and wishes change, such as a change in Executors, Guardians, nominated gifts, beneficiaries etc. we will redraft your Will at no additional charge (this does not include additional Will trusts or a further home visit from a company representative).
Estate Administration
Probate is, for many, an unfamiliar and complicated procedure faced at a distressing time. Steele Rose or their representative can advise your Spouse, Partner or Executors concerning most aspects of the Probate procedure.
Secure Storage of your Will and other documents
You may store your Will and other important documents such as the Deeds to your home.
With over 60,000 house fires and more than one million homes burgled every year, your Will and other documents are very much at risk. Our company provides a secure and cost effective solution to this problem by providing a secure (fire proof) storage facility with immediate access to your documents.
Legal Advice
Advice concerning Estate Planning and the redrafting of your Will is provided free of charge.
